
PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!!
We've been doing mail-order for so long now, we tend to forget some people have
never done this, so to make things easier, here's a few helpful tips for the
novice.
1) Please understand that many releases tend to go out
of print from time to time. They can be unavailable to us for awhile,
sometimes they never return. For this reason we ask you to check with
us by e-mail or phone first. With Mail orders we try our best to fill our order
with your first choices, but to makes things less frustrating for the both of
us please list alternates. Please list alternates with prices so
we can complete your order .
3) For faster service use money orders.
Personal checks will delay your order an additional two weeks while we wait
for your check to clear our bank. Make all money orders or checks payable to
WESTWORLD in US funds only, no foreign currency. There's no need to endorse
the back of the M.O. or check. We gladly accept CASH, but carefully conceal
it from the postman. We'd recommend sending cash by certified mail or it'll
be at your own risk. We can usually ship your order within a couple days
of receiving it, if everything is in stock. If not, let us know if we
can ship what's in stock now and backorder what's unavailable, then ship balance
to you when we get it back in. Please allow at least 4 weeks before calling
to inquire about your order. Also please print clearly and use the order
forms we provide if possible. You'd be surprised how many times we receive orders
with no addresses or list of items being ordered. Send a copy of your original
email if possible. Thanks!
4) Returns of defective merchandise: We pack each
order carefully to prevent any damage in shipping, but in the case of defective
or mishandled shipments, here's what you can do: Within 7 days of receiving
a defect call or write to notify us beforehand, then if authorized by
us send us the defect by Media Mail in the US or surface mail outside
U.S. with a note of explanation inside. We'll credit you for the
postage and replace the item. Only defective goods can be returned not
because "I don't like it ", Fair enough? Ship them to WESTWORLD
returns dept. Box 2091 Tucson AZ 85702 We will replace with the
same item if possible, but list always list an alternate.
5) We now prefer to ship by UPS whenever possible This excludes
folks who live outside the US or prefer shipment to a P.O. Box. With UPS,
we know your package is fully insured and we can trace any lost shipment.
If sent through the mail add $2 for postal insurance if you want to protect
the contents of the package, otherwise if the Post Office loses your package
there's nothing we can do about it, sorry.
6) ORDER BY PHONE, FAX or ONLINE with your VISA/MC/AMX/DISCOVER
credit card. The quickest way to receive your order. This way you will
be charged only for what is filled plus shipping charges. We can
only ship to the cardholders address. Credit card orders can be placed
on the phone during our normal business hours or you can fax us 24 hours a day.
